P.S. I will go diving with seals in Puerto Madryn. How cool is that?

Flight back and weight
The answer from aerolineas argentinas about weight on the plane:
---------------------------
Thanks for contacting us, according to your request, there is no limit for the luggage you can carry, it depends on how complete is the flight and the weight it has to carry. If you are no exceeding 23kg for sure you won´t have any problem, the excess is charged per kilo and it´s 12 argentine pesos per kilo.
---------------------------
That should do it ;)

Practicalities
Aerolineas Argentinas
Just spoke to my half-Uruguayan friend, and she said we should check up on possible schedule changes with this specific airline. She just came back from Uruguay and Argentina and their schedule was changed 4 times.
Internet
Getting wifi on wifi capable phones was pretty easy for her (i assume in larger cities) as many networks were open.
Food
My other friend who came back from Chile and Brazil said that we should only drink bottled water and be careful with maybe meet (sausages) bought on a street. Otherwise, she ate cakes and fruits carelessly and had no problem.
Weather
It can get very warm in Puerto Madryn, well above thirty in cases as it almost never rains there. So before packing we really should check all the weather at the places we go to =)
Down south, rainwear could be a good idea, I think.

Power and plugs
For those who do not know about the power down there, its the same than in most European countries.
220V 50Hz, and standard plugs:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mains_power_systems
but it seems they also have a funky one like follows.
Maybe that would be a good idea to get an adapter just in case for your electronics!
